White Chocolate Salted Peanut Protein Bar from Grenade Arabia



I've been working on my fitness lately. So we are going to try out grenade protein bar today. Protein repair the muscles then build muscles as well.  Carbs and healthy fats are sources of energy. 

According to my statistics I need about 60-75 grams of protein everyday to reach my goals. How I calculated it? I used protein calculator. Not only it's easier to reach my goals with protein bars it's yummy too.
