How To Make Preserved Garlic With Honey

 

I saw in YouTube how preserved garlic honey have a lot of benefits to your immune system. For me garlic is really beneficial if you consume it daily. Yes honey is partyly glucose and partly fructose but if you consume it correctly and if it doesn't exceed your dietary needs then it is alright.

So here you can watch how you can do it. In the video of course you need to peel your garlic. It is better to poke holes on the garlic so that the honey could sip fast into the concuction. Just add the honey until all of the garlic are covered. Everyday open the jar to let the gas out.


Actually I have already cooked it after preserving for a week or so. It taste is so delicious actually.
