Dinner at Movenpick Hotel Deira

If Dubai is the Upper East Side of Middle East then I am like the Jenny Humphrey in it. Since the cost of living is high, when my Mom celebrated her birthday we used cobone deals and booked dinner buffet at Movenpick Hotel Deira. When it comes to holidays and celebrations in Dubai booking in hotels, eating in floating restaurants, going on about desert safaris are of normalcy. I was happy that when we got there, because the place is not packed. So taking photos is easier.
Minimal look for my ootd.
There is not a lot of variety of foods to choose from but the service of the staff is great. For the salads the veggies were fresh and the salad dressings were delicious, it is my favourite in this dinner.
The foods for the main course consist of kebabs, seafood dish with white sauce (idk how it’s called), pasta with red sauce, vegetable curry. But the taste of those were bland for me I do not like the grilled kebabs, and here I was hoping for more spice in their grilled meat. The only food I like in the main course is the seafood dish with white sauce (which I forgot how it is called shhh) .
For the dessert there are variety of fruits that I liked that is a plus point like in the salads. But the cake, yeah it looks yummy in the picture, its fine. Lastly there are these cutesy white mouse in a cup things, I love it.
So the summary is that the salads were my favourite, the main course I do not like, the deserts was kinda meh, the place is spectacular, the service is great. But the important thing is that we celebrated my Mom’s birthday happily.

xo, Alyssa
