Metro Falcon Restaurant in Bay Avenue

I went to Metro Falcon Restaurant that is located in Bay Avenue. Yeah I am in Dubai. This is around 12 afternoon and I have not yet eaten my breakfast. Since I am doing intermittent fasting usually. Because the body digest between 6-8 hours. My routine usually is that I will eat after 12 hours, then 12 hours. Then I am fasting 1 time for 24 hours with tea and water in a week basis.

What I love about this restaurant is that it has various cuisine. Indian, Chinese, and Arabic food. Usually dubai serve these types of food in most restaurants. Well since I am only looking forward to eating an afternoon delight. I have ordered a beef paratha rolled sandwich and some karak chai. I am eating an Indian cuisine. Rich in protein and herbs.

I have regretted to not ordered chicken butter and just bought some more breads. But anyways I already made the order so it is alright. The second thing that I love about the place is the ambience. The interiors look amazing.

As you can see my plate looks cute the table setting is posh and luxurious for me just eating a simple snack. The truth is that my sister was doing a job interview. I went with her and while waiting me and my dad got hungry. So I treated my dad to eat in this restaurant for some snacks.

It is not allowed to have a lot of people in a restaurant so I love how spacious it is I feel that there are only 4-5 people who were with us while we enjoy your lunch.

I was satisfied with the food that I ate. Usually there are 3 parathas that I am used to buying. It may be cheese flavoured, chicken, beef, falafel. You can request also to make it spicy.
